1) My daughter can now say "toto" (luto) or cook in English. A real great achievement! She is starting to communicate through language!
2) I had my anti-flu shots for free and my daughter has a special waver to get hers free too! I love free stuff specially when it involves good health.
3) My blog opportunities are abound so more income for me! Yay!
4) Great news and a real development I've been wanting to hear!
5) I got my own domain!
6) My daughter can do the following on command: jump, point herself and mommy, go pick stuff :) really really awesome improvements.
7) Met new blogger friends like Maui, Jenni, and Jeff and their family.

First S.H.O.E. of 2009

I've neglected my SHOE's for a while so now is the right time to use them as I am bit in a not-so-good mood. I am summoning the things that are good and all things good to come my way.

In case you didn't know SHOE stands for Seven Heaven on Earth a meme I've created first couple months of this blog and I think I'll revive it soon, soon is now :)

1) Thank God for granting me my birthday wish, a caregiver for my daughter now we will have to see if she will stay long with us. I hope so! It's a wish granted!

2) My darling precious daughter is 7 years old and she's so lovely and sweet.

3) Miraculously my pocket seems to not ran out of cash despite the big and non-stop spending I've been doing during the holidays and even for my daughter's birthday party on Sunday.

4) I love my new header at my Earthly Explorations blog.

5) We got good new neighbors.

6) I'm gonna use the money I earned blogging for my daughter's birthday party!

7) I'm thankful and blessed to have a sister who is so supportive and loving to my daughter.

Tomorrow Sounds Great!

Here is one for the books, sis was able to record through her my daughter's very very short version of "The Sun Will Come Out Tomorrow" Annie Disney movie soundtrack. I never heard this song sound this great! I am so proud of her!

Happy 2009

I've realized that life is indeed full of contradictions. Sometimes it's crazy to be sane. You need to fall to fly. People suffer because you care. You have to unlearn to know the lesson. You have to give up because you are strong. You have to be wrong to make a thing right. Nonetheless, life's complexities are also life's source of beauty. We should cry to laugh again. fall apart to be whole again and get hurt to love again. Wonderful isn't it?
