Thinking Of Selling Annuities

We all know how rough the times are lately with the financial crisis looming around the globe, job loses among others is one of it's effect.

So how can you survive these trying times? Maybe it's time to make an inventory of all your assets and see which one you can cash off right away to make use immediately. Maybe you have an annuity lying around and you didn't think you can sell annuities because your agent told you that long time ago?

Before you start getting puzzled on what I'm talking about an annuity is income from capital investment paid in a series of regular payments more popularly known as an insurance.

To sell annuity is no joke so you better be careful in making this decision. Determine the underlying factors of your needs do you really need to sell or you have some other investment you can sell.

Well, I am no financial expert and I heard most annuities, where some individual gets a stream of future payments from the insurance company right after making an front payment do not offer liquidity options. So it will be better for you to consult someone in the know like the guys from Settlement Capital Corporation they've been around since 1988 and is recognized as the industry's founder and leader. SCC is your best choice when selling future annuity payments, periodic payment contracts or insurance benefit payments.

Prayer

Dear heavenly Father, we consecrate to you our beloved country- the Philippines and all the Filipinos around the world. We acknowledge Father that apart from You, we can do nothing and it is only your divine providence and grace that can unite all Filipinos as one nation. We therefore humble ourselves before your throne. We confess all our sins to you individually and collectively as a nation. Forgive us our sins Father and wash us clean by the precious blood of Your beloved Son- Jesus Christ. Mend our wicked ways and let us experience a strong and genuine spiritual revival for ourselves and for our country. Let the Holy Spirit imbibe us with power, love and wisdom to return to Your path of holiness and righteousness. Bless our country, heavenly father. Bless all Filipinos wherever they maybe. Let progress, unity, harmony, stability, justice, peace and prosperity reign in our country.

Bless our leaders, from the President down to the lowest Barangay official. Touch their hearts that they may serve our country with all honesty and with love and integrity. Bless our children and our future generation. And bless us all Father in all aspects of our lives. This we pray to You heavenly Father, in the mighty name of Jesus, through the power of the Holy Spirit, one God forever and ever. Amen.

Aspiring To Penetrate The Fashion Industry

Yesterday I was among the lucky ones to attend a free workshop by the Philippines fashion industry top school School of Fashion and the Arts (SoFA). The workshop last Saturday held at Rockwell Powerplant Mall was about Fashion Styling and Make-up which is a very interesting discussion.

I learned a lot despite the small period of time allotted for the workshop 2 hours each topic. John Antonio Garcia lectured us on Fashion Styling and gave us a sneak peak of what to expect if we would pursue a career being a Stylist (tell you more about that in my other blog). We had fun with some styling activity which was a bit cramped because we were only allowed 7 minutes to complete a look for a certain celebrity and the audience will have to guess who was the celebrity. TOUGH! But it was fun! I enjoyed the activity.

Aan Pineda lectured about make-up and taught us the basic techniques for doing a perfect make-up. I enjoyed the session as he showed us his styles and techniques with a live demo. Then we had some Q&A where he asked us about the lecture he gave us to see if we picked-up what he was talking about.

There will be two more free workshops by SoFA .
With Mina (bag designer) and John (Fashion Styling lecturer)With Lace (fashion blogger) and Aan (Make-up lecturer)

Food and physical activity contributes a lot to our well-being, if we fall short on the other our health suffers.

The Look Of Love

I see pics of me and my daughter and I notice how she looks lovingly at me. I'm so lucky someone loves me unconditionally.

You've Got To Have A Mailbox

I must admit we don't have a decent mailbox for the mailman to leave out mails or packages. Because of this oftentimes letters or bills will be left under the gate or squeezed through spaces in-between the gate while packages will have to be picked-up because the delivery needs a counter sign, so you could just imagine the inconveniece.

I am thinking of installing a mail box but I am worried about installing something that will just rust-out or got broke easily. Good thing I found Mailboxichange I love the simple yet classic designs of the Whitehall Mailboxes. They have different versions of mailboxes that includes wall mounted mailboxes, post mount mailboxes, post mount mailboxes, column mailboxes, locking mailboxes and so much more!

I specifically like this black wall mount mailbox for only $135 with free shipping and payable via Paypal! This particular Whitehall Wall Mounted Mailbox is finished in a highly protective powder coat finish. It is handcrafted and resistant to chipping, scratching, fading and wearing so the colors stays bright and vibrant!

There is also an Optional Personalized Plaque where you can customize your Whitehall Wall mounted mailboxes with a personalized address plaque and text is available in gold, or silver.
