Before Getting A Housing Loan Approved

Before your housing loan from Pag-IBIG gets approve their representative will call you up to ask you some basic questions to see if the developer is complying with their standards for home or property procurement.

Some basic questions they will ask is if you have visited the property you are going to procure and if the basic necessities are already in place such as electricity and water. They will also ask if there is proper ventilation and if there are no damage to the place.

After the interview they will assign a home inspector to check the property to make sure that it is livable. Like the people from the Baltimore Home Inspection only licensed inspector are allowed to do this because this is a serious business. If one of the basic elements to make a home livable is not seen in the property they will delay approval of the loan until the developer complies. This is for your own protection as a buyer to ensure that you get the best from your investment. As soon as the developer complies with the requirement the home inspector will then do an ocular visit to see if it the modifications was really done and they will immediately inform Pag-IBIG that the property is good to be sold.
